I loved the layout of this mouse. 7 Model BrandOS / System Requirement Operating System SupportedWindows 8, 7, Vista (all versions), XP, XP 64-bitMac OS X 10.6.6 or later (requires Intel processor for Mac)Dual ActionLock Buttons Enable Fatigue-Free GamingPerfect Your Grip for Extended Gaming SessionsTrue 6400 DPI 'Twin-Eye' Laser Sensor with 4 Custom SettingsInterchangeable Pinkie Grips and Palm RestsAdditional Information Date First AvailablePros: Great Customizability, high build quality, relatively intuitive softwareCons: Some buttons can't be programmed (random pinky switch whose functionality I never figured out), Huge priceOverall Review: I bought this mouse 2 years ago after shopping around for quite a while. The consistent dying of the sensor and the unwillingness of customer support to provide assistance and to honor the warranty of a product which is very clearly still good can lead me to say nothing else except that this product does not deserve to be purchased. I swore by this mouse for two years until this happened. I sent a ticket to customer support, however this time around, they demanded to see a proof of purchase (which they did not ask for before), and when I told them that this mouse was a replacement, they looked up my original ticket, and claimed that the new mouse did not have a proof of purchase, and because of that they could not service it. I have had the replacement for about a year, and now it is starting to die in the exact same way, though one of the buttons broke just before the sensor died. I received a new one within a week. I'm happy I waited it out.Overall Review: I'd definitely recommend this mouse to anyone who wants more buttons at their fingertips. Personally, about three weeks. The single button to the right of the mouse isn't customizable. The left and right mouse buttons isn't customizableIn my early days of owning the mouse, I kept thinking I should return it b/c it felt uncomfortable. Spend your money elsewhere.Pros: It's actually a 17 button mouse since the newest update. There's a third party Windows app that allows for instant profile switching.Cons: The mouse still feels a bit heavy even w/ all weights removed. There's definitely a learning curve to the mouse. Everything from my Windows desktop and Chrome, to complex games like TERA has it's own profile - and they all switch on the fly! When I mastered the software, which really isn't too hard to learn, I made a macro to hold down one button, and while that one button is held down, press another button every three seconds (which is when the cooldown is lifted).
